Ingredients

  • 8 cocktail sausages
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Cook the cocktail sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.

  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.

  5. Place a cooked sausage on each triangle and roll up tightly, sealing the edges.

  6. Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the honey glaze.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
