How To Make Sticky Hoisin Pork Fillet with Sesame Greens & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork fillet
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork fillet and brown on all sides.

  4. Brush the hoisin sauce mixture over the pork fillet and transfer to the preheated oven. Roast for about 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. In a separate skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the mixed greens and cook until wilted.

  7. Stir in the cooked noodles, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  8. Remove the pork fillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice into thin pieces.

  9. Serve the sticky hoisin pork fillet over the sesame greens and noodles.

  10. Enjoy!
