Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  6. Return pork to the skillet and add cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce mixture and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot.
