Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  2. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and minced garlic.

  3. Place the seasoned pork chops into the slow cooker and spoon some of the liquid mixture over the top.

  4. Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.

  5. Serve hot and spoon some of the liquid over the pork chops.
