Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. In a slow cooker, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Add the seasoned pork chops to the slow cooker and coat them with the BBQ sauce mixture.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.

  5. Serve the BBQ pork chops with the sauce from the slow cooker.
