Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the pork, onion, carrots, potatoes, garlic, and frozen peas.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chicken broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork and vegetables in the slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the pork is tender.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
