How To Make Rosemary Roasted Pork Steak Recipe

- 4 pork steaks
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Rub mixture on the pork steaks.

Heat up a pan on high and sear the pork steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer pork steaks onto a baking sheet with a rack.

Roast for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
