How To Make Mustard and Herb Pork Steak Recipe

Delicious pork steak coated in a mustard-herb marinade, perfect for a hearty dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush marinade mixture onto both sides of the pork steaks.

  4. Place the pork steaks onto the grill or grill pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
