- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season pork steaks with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
