How To Make Panko Pork Chops
The pork chop is among the most popular cuts of meat around the world. And like most cuts of pork, it has a mild meaty flavor that works well with a lot of flavor combos. So, it’s not really so surprising to know that you can recreate lots of dishes with this as the main protein. Sure, they taste great with a simple splash of seasoning. Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In one shallow dish, mix together the panko bread crumbs, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the panko mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto both sides of the chop.

Heat enough vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat to cover the bottom.

Fry the coated pork chops in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Transfer the fried chops to the prepared baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked and crispy.
