Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In a separate dish, beat the eggs.

  4. Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it gently to adhere.

  5. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
