How To Make Gravy Baked Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for gravy)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a shallow dish, combine 1/2 cup flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Cook the pork chops in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, whisk together 1/4 cup flour and beef broth.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.

Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the gravy over the pork chops in the baking dish.
