How To Make One-Pan Pigs-in-Blanket Beans

Ingredients
- 8 mini sausages
- 1 can of baked beans
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the mini sausages over medium heat until browned.

Remove the sausages from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the baked beans and heat them over medium heat.

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Pour in the milk, melted butter, and honey. Stir until well combined.

Place the cooked sausages on top of the beans in the skillet.

Pour the batter over the sausages and beans, spreading it evenly.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
