How To Make Triple Pigs in Blankets

Ingredients
- 8 cocktail sausages
- 8 strips of bacon
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wrap each cocktail sausage with a strip of bacon.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal strips.

Place a wrapped sausage at the end of each strip and roll it up tightly.

Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each pig in a blanket with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the bacon is crispy.
