  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Season the pork slices with the spice mixture, rubbing it evenly on all sides.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.

  4. Add the seasoned pork slices to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
