Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the pork chops.

  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
