How To Make Sticky Pork with Cranberries

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is sticky.
