Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is sticky.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
