How To Make Sauteed Chanterelle Mushroom Bruschetta Recipe
This recipe features crispy and garlicky bruschettas topped with buttery sauteed Chanterelle mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of baguette bread
- 2 cups of Chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil, then bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
