Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 1 pound Chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Heat truffle oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
