Ingredients

  • 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about the size of your palm.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  4. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  5. Serve the Polish patties hot with your favorite side dishes or condiments.
