How To Make Polish Sausage and Mustard Potato Salad Recipe
A flavorful twist on classic potato salad with the addition of Polish sausage and a tangy mustard dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb cooked Polish sausage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Drain potatoes and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine cooked potatoes, Polish sausage, red onion, and parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
