Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped water chestnuts and sesame seeds to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Pour into the skillet and stir until chicken and chestnuts are coated.
