How To Make Turnip and Sausage Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups turnip, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

  2. Add the olive oil to the skillet and cook the onions and garlic until softened.

  3. Add in the turnips and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add in the bell peppers and continue cooking until all veggies are tender.

  5. Stir in the cooked sausage, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Heat through and serve hot.
