How To Make Smoked Sausage and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and easy stir fry recipe with smoked sausage and cabbages cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.

Add the sliced smoked sausage and fry for 5 minutes until browned on all sides.

Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and chopped cabbage to the pan.

Stir fry for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through but still slightly crunchy.

Add the smoked sausage back to the pan.

Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

Stir for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine all flavors.
