Ingredients

  • 4 links of chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken sausage and sauté for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Add garlic, cabbage, onion, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  4. Pour soy sauce over the stir-fry and stir well to combine.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
