How To Make Beef Sausage Stir-Fry

A hearty and flavorful dish that combines beef sausage and fresh vegetables in a savory stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sausage, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the beef sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

  4. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
