  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, softened

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out pie crust and press into a 9-inch tart pan.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together goat cheese, heavy cream, eggs, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.

  5. Arrange grapes on top of the mixture in a single layer.
