Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Roll out puff pastry and place onto a baking sheet.

  3. In a bowl, mix together green peas, goat cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon mixture onto the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Brush edges with beaten egg.
