- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pie crust in a 9-inch tart pan and press down to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
