How To Make Root Vegetable and Sage Stuffing Recipe
This savory stuffing is loaded with root vegetables and herbs, making it the perfect side dish for any fall feast.

Ingredients
- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 1 cup of diced celery
- 1 cup of diced carrot
- 1 cup of diced parsnip
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of chopped fresh sage
- 2 tbsp of chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add celery, carrot, and parsnip. Cook for about 8-10 minutes.

Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix the cubed bread and vegetable mixture.

Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
