- 4 medium-sized potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the potatoes, onions, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

Spread the potato and onion mixture out in a single layer in the baking dish.
