Ingredients
- 1 lb runner beans, ends trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the runner beans and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.

Stir in the chopped hazelnuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are crisp-tender.

Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
