How To Make Cacio e pepe with runner beans

Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 200g runner beans, trimmed and sliced
- 100g Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In another pot, blanch the runner beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the grated Pecorino Romano cheese, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

Add the cooked spaghetti and runner beans to the bowl. Toss until well coated with the cheese mixture.

Serve hot and season with salt to taste.
