How To Make Tapenade Chicken Pasta with Runner Beans

Ingredients
- 8 oz. linguine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup tapenade
- 1 cup runner beans, trimmed and halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and runner beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the beans are crisp-tender.

Return the chicken slices to the skillet and add the tapenade. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken and beans with the tapenade.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss well to combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the tapenade chicken pasta with runner beans hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
