Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 lb of thinly sliced steak
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until softened and lightly caramelized.

Return the steak to the skillet with the onions. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Place the bell peppers in a baking dish and fill each pepper with the steak and onion mixture.

Top each bell pepper with two slices of provolone cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
