- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped parsley, for garnish

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the cod fillets with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
