  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the cod fillets with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

  4. Place the cod fillets on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the grilled cod from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
