How To Make Simple Grilled Fish with Moroccan Spiced Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia), about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to make a paste.

Rub the spice paste onto both sides of the fish fillets.

In a separate bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with minced garlic and lemon juice.

Place the fish fillets and the tomato mixture in separate grilling baskets or on grilling trays.

Grill the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

Grill the tomato mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are softened and slightly charred.

Remove the fish and tomatoes from the grill.

Serve the grilled fish with the Moroccan spiced tomatoes on top.
