Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the cauliflower and broccoli florets until they are tender. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the cooked cauliflower and broccoli in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over the top.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the vegetables.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
