Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the milk until well blended. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the steamed broccoli and cauliflower in a greased baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the vegetables.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
