How To Make Creamy Cauliflower & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the cauliflower and broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a large baking dish, combine the cooked cauliflower and broccoli with the cheese sauce. Mix well to coat all the vegetables.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
