  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried sage, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well using your hands.

  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
