- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried sage, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well using your hands.

Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
