How To Make Cheat’s Cauli ‘n’ Broc Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 small broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cauliflower and broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk and flour until well combined. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Place the cooked cauliflower and broccoli in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over the top, making sure all the florets are coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
