Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Chop the broccoli into florets and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and chilli flakes to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the breadcrumbs to the skillet and toast them for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the roasted broccoli.
