Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, leaving some chunks if desired.
