How To Make Beef-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside. Clean mushroom caps with a damp cloth.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Fill each mushroom cap with the beef mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Chop the reserved mushroom stems and sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and filling is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
