- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
