How To Make Sticky Tofu with Noodles

Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
- 8 oz noodles of your choice
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Red pepper flakes, for garnish
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Return tofu to the skillet, then pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir gently to coat the tofu evenly.

Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the tofu and sauce.

Serve the sticky tofu with noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
