How To Make Sesame & honey tofu with rice noodles

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 200g rice noodles
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add tofu cubes to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar together. Pour the mixture over the tofu and stir gently to coat.

Add cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tofu and noodles mixture and stir to evenly distribute.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions and cilantro.
