Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the onion, bell peppers, snap peas, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve the pork stir fry over cooked rice.
