How To Make Pork Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, bell peppers, snap peas, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the pork stir fry over cooked rice.
