How To Make Water Chestnut and Pork Stir-Fry
A delicious stir-fry with the crunch of water chestnuts and the savory flavor of pork.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, sliced thinly
- 1 can of water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper to make a marinade.

Place the sliced pork in the marinade and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a wok or a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and let it heat for 30-60 seconds.

Add in the minced garlic and stir until fragrant.

Add in the sliced onions and stir-fry until they turn translucent.

Add in the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned.

Add in the sliced water chestnuts and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve hot with rice.
